You are obviously a smoothie perfectionist. I love smoothies to be creamy but also high in nutrition. Bananas give me heartburn. So I use avocado instead. Also yogurt adds creaminess. I don't like ice either, it dillutes the flavor. I have a Vitamix and just bought a Beast Mini for travel. Very impressed with the Beast. The first time I used it I said, wow, this is velvety smooth.

👋I going to try and your Kale salad it looks delicious😋 I've notice I also have gain back 15 pds after losing 45 from 1/ 23 - 6/23 but now Jan, Feb, and March 2024 have been very stressful I had to wait 31 days to transfer to my new department at work now 3/25/24 was my first day this new system is challenging I'm learning a whole new system😅 but I'm glad no heavy lifting! We me I have notice I can work out and walk on the treadmill or my local hiking trails all I want and will not lose weight? I have to watch what I eat and it's that time of the month or stress that will bring on bad sugar caving and I swear in a day I will gain 5 pds and it's so hard to get the weight off but so easy to gain it back in days?

You're not alone Toya, I'll be watching what I eat too as we approach summer lol. Very easy to gain, but it can be a challenge to lose. Just stay positive and love yourself no matter what! let me know how you like the kale salad! <3

Def looks fire. I sauteed some mushrooms the other day, tasted it before arguing to my pasta and i was extremely surprised how similar it tasted like shrimp. I'm guessing the old bday helped but i can't wait to make a whole pot of mushrooms with potatoes and a veggie of my choice cause i don't eat corn since it doesn't digest... 🙋🏾♀️

Wow I know exactly what you mean when it comes to press on nails. Those look authentic. That KZbinr situation was gone too far I saw the video and the older gentleman constantly asked him to stop. I think the youtuber got what he deserved. You touched on some good points
