You are obviously a smoothie perfectionist. I love smoothies to be creamy but also high in nutrition. Bananas give me heartburn. So I use avocado instead. Also yogurt adds creaminess. I don't like ice either, it dillutes the flavor. I have a Vitamix and just bought a Beast Mini for travel. Very impressed with the Beast. The first time I used it I said, wow, this is velvety smooth.

I am into that! I just havent had the discipline lately but I have done it in the past. 1-3 days at most, especially because I struggle with acne , so juice cleansing is something I really should be doing more often.
