Met him at a fan expo, he was actually very nice, whereas Zabka was kind of a dick.

Ya know…say what you want about John Kreese. But he actually does care about his students and teaching Karate. He says “You lose concentration in a fight and you’re dead meat.” Anybody honestly thinks he lying or exaggerating when he says that? He’s saying that because it’s the truth. A lot of people I notice will tend to criticize the Cobra Kai way or Sensei Kreese’s philosophy, but in the end, John Kreese takes all of this very seriously. Just wanted to put that out there.

We were deeply saddened to learn of your father's passing. He gifted us with an unforgettable journey, sharing his passion for movies and gracing us with the 'Jurassic Park' score as we soared. You might not be aware, but he can be seen in our 'On Location: Jurassic Park' episode. If you wish, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll see if we have more footage featuring Paul that we can share with you.

Love the karate kid movies and the series as well ...and since the series has brought back memories from the eighties when I was at high school ...I have had a thought about how John Kreese was the way he was ...when the movies came out we were led to believe that cobra kai was the bad guys.. but..with the series I have realised that kreese being a vietnam veteran and feeling that America wasn't allowed to win the war ...he tried to bring the values he learned in the military back to his dojo and pushed his students to be victorious always ...so my view is ...he was a proud man and loved his country ...anyway I'm from scotland ...God bless the American armed forces

The owners back in 1990 were apparently really cool about filming, so we know its a newer owner being a snotty little bitch. Can't complain about fans visiting if you bought it KNOWING its history. Either have a Coke and a smile and STFU about it or sell it to a fan who will cherish it and preserve its historical value, quit being Karen's.
