@@andrewk2338 the persons from the videos not selling seedlings as I know, but don't worry here are some options. Where did you buy the land? Because maybe you are in an area where the mangoes, papayas, etc can't grow..

I bought land in Corbera Ebre at the foot of the mountain. This is Catalonia this year there were at least -1, 2 times, in general there is no lower than -4 once every five years, but the climate is changing and becoming warmer. This is the border of climate zones 9 A and 9 B rather (lower limit 9 A). There is a border between climatic zones. Some varieties of bananas, bird cherry, avacado, feihua, date palms can grow there; in general, almonds and olive trees grow there, but papaya needs a greenhouse, which I plan to build.@@FruitarianParadise

@@andrewk2338 Then most of our seedlings will not suit you. We live in the warmest and sunniest point in Europe. Mango, cherimoya, lychee, longan, bananas, papayas etc. will not be able to survive in Catalonia in the open air. And keeping fruit trees in greenhouse is like keeping chickens in cages. If your diet is fruit-based, then I would recommend you consider moving to our region, where fruit trees can grow freely.

what is the minimum temperature in this place?

during last 3 years at night time I observe the minimum of +4º, it was 3 years ago , last 2 years as minimum is +8º night time. Day Time minimum +10º

I don't know if these farms are still for sale but there are many similar offers somewhere not far from Motril. We are trying not to talk about location in public
