Pasteurization does not change the nutritional value of milk. Period. It's complete misinformation.

Becca, I love your content. From a nutritionist standpoint, I have a question! I take grass fed beef liver capsules. Recently got my blood work done and cholesterol was super high. Could this be from the liver? Like I know it’s so good for me but what are your thoughts? Is that a false negative? Just curious if anyone else has had this happen with their blood work. I figured you may know!!
@TownFamilyFarms16 сағат бұрын
Also to note I’ve NEVER had high cholesterol in my life so I think blood word read this way cuz of the liver capsules? Thoughts!? 💛

Wow, I wish I could go a week without washing/styling my hair. By day 2-3 for me it's greasy, and after I sleep on it once it's all dented and the style is ruined. I don't know how some women are able to maintain clean and styled hair for a week! I wish!!

I grew up on the countryside and we always had a fire in our fireplace every christmas. When I grew up we always made gingerbread cookies with my grandma after her grandmas recipe and now I bake after that recipe with my kids as well, they are 16 and 18 now but we’ve used the same recipe their entire lives. We have a lot of small traditions that we do leading up to christmas but we were very intentional with what we wanted for our own family, the kids decorate the christmas tree, we bake together and they do the gingerbread house with their father every year (we buy that though). A new tradition I started a couple of years ago (that I’ve always made with my kids) is to make christmas crackers with my friends kids, they are 3 and 5 now. It’s so much fun. Can’t wait to hopefully be a grandma in the future and do a lot of fun stuff like this with my grandkids! Merry christmas to you and your family! 🎄

Some of our traditions include Longwood Christmas, caroling with church, Lights at Top of the Hill, one present on Christmas Eve (always pjs), and donating gifts for kids in need through our church. My children pick the child’s name off a tree, shop, wrap, and deliver the gift back to church. It’s so hard to slow down during the holidays and although I love it, I do look forward to the simplicity of January 😂😂

Garlands and bows describe my home as well. One thing we do is decorate very slowly so that the tree is only fully decorated on Christmas day. Then we enjoy it for the 12 days of Christmas. We like to keep Advent and the 12 days of Christmas with different sets of traditions. It makes for a very fulfilling experience with children.

You just whipped the marshmallow mixture too long! I find it takes 5-6 minutes, and you have to really be right there that last minute as it can get over whipped super quick. Perfect consistency is when it’s nicely whipped and it slowly drips off the beater. I make mine with maple syrup! 1 c water with 3 tbsp gelatin, allow to bloom and then heat on the stove, once liquid, add 1/2 c maple syrup and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Once warm, add to your kitchen aid mixture and mix on the highest setting for 5-6 minutes. Longer if the consistency isn’t quite right. But only by 30 seconds to a minute at a time. I always add beetroot powder to mine to make them pink! And during Christmas, I use a mini gingerbread cookie cutter and cut out little gingerbread marshmallows 🥰

Okay okay thank you for this you confirmed my suspicions!! I am definitely going to give it another whirl (literally lol) soon. And absolutely LOVE the idea od adding beetroot & using cookie cutters! Genius!!

I love your decorating, enjoy your Christmas. I did a lot of Christmas decorating when my son was a baby, toddler. He is 12 years old now and he didn't even help me decorate it last year. I know what u mean by having your own decorations that u used at your parents house. We use to make our own decorations when we were little, I actually did that with my son when he was little, we have also made cards and biscuits ( we actually still do that ) . So that is one tradition we still have. Thanks great video!!!!!!
