I concur the nautilus equipment was better because it provided resistance on both the positive and the negative of the movement. There were no mechanical advantages and the weight felt heavier as strange as that may sound.

I bench 20 kilo for 3 sets with 20 reps per set every two weeks. Why should i bench more then 20 kilo? It increases risk of injury and lifting heavy is for people who think they are special. I am humble and a good guy. Don't lift heavy folks, that is for bullies.

When on massive amounts of steroids and HGH, everything works if you're lifting hard. Heavy, light, low/high volume. Genetics dictates your ceiling.

I go to failure on everything I do. However, I do more bodyweight workouts than I do weights. So, it's obviously easier for me than someone who lifts weights.

12 weeks of deficit and then it depends if you still need to lose fat, could be 4-12 weeks of maintenance or surplus (lean bulk) if you still need to lose fat. If you can't see the ridges of your abs after 3 months of diet then you should go back on after a break. Mike has no excess, maybe his abs fill in after a bulk.
