i go all the way with 24 plates to get lots of blood in the whole leg and glutes/hams. then i switch to one legs with 9, 10, 11, 12 plates each side to finish. i start with leg extensions/curls before leg presses. progressive resistance, full leg . i weigh less than 200 lbs and absolutely against roids. i foresee other technology happening far before id ever need trt .im 55

In the past I use leg press like Mike range of motion today use more full rom but two ways work for me I genetic gift for legs devolvement and off course I training hard and heavy from my start training based....

I do 4 plates each side x 10.reps am female. Mike's 9 plates impressive though! I will focus on quads and bet it'll be 3 plates lol.
