Great summary about fasting. This is probably the best introduction to fasting video that I’ve heard especially what you said about not diving straight into it as a health tool because one’s body may not be prepared for it! It has to be said that this is a process of patience and quiet endurance!! But it is empowering to be able to make these choices for ourselves 😊🙏

Excellent information! What about if you are a thin person and you have this problem? Also could amalgam fillings in the mouth cause this?
@wholistichealthbossАй бұрын
Doesn't really matter if you're thin or not. Waking up at night isn't normal; we should all be sleeping through the night. Metal filling certainly burdens the body and detox system so they can contribute to the problem.

So quite literally a canary in the kitchen (instead of coal mine). Thank you very much for sharing this information. Regarding your statements about coffee - you might want to look into why exactly coffee gives the boost of energy it does. It's my understanding that it spikes adrenaline in your body and therefore puts a lot of stress on your adrenals/kidneys which can often lead to lots of negative health effects such as dark eye circles. For someone practicing wholistic health it felt odd to hear that coffee drinking is 'expected' from your audience, especially from a fast food chain like Starbucks. No disrespect of course - I could be wrong here, just some (literal) food for thought.
@wholistichealthboss Жыл бұрын
Yes, literally a canary in the kitchen. In the video, I'm actually talking about the toxins found in to-go / single-use coffee cups, and not recommending drinking coffee. High-quality non-toxic coffee sources actually can have some health benefits DEPENDING on a person's overall health status. I personally drink coffee now but it wasn't right for me years ago when I was trying to heal my thyroid and adrenals. Everyone is different so different things work for different people :)

I want to first say I am thankful to God almighty for making me see this day and secondly to Dr.Sandy who restored my health back. I ran into a testimony by someone who testified how she was cured of a terrible disease by Dr.Sandy So I decided to contact the herbal doctor. I explained to him, and he said he can cure me. We started the process and he prepared herbs and send to me in my country and gave me directions on how I am to use it. I followed his directions and now To God be the glory he could cure me with his herbal mixture. I say once again thanks to Dr.Sandy for curing me of my Herpes with his herbs. Why is this considered to be a dysfunction?. People have more interesting things to do these days than go through the motions of producing kids that will never be conceived.
@wholistichealthboss4 жыл бұрын
Hi Teri. Hormone balance is a critical measurement of overall health, and having a low libido is a sign of hormone imbalances. Even if reproduction is not the focal point it's important to have healthy hormone balance and libido as a results ;)
@teriday9544 жыл бұрын
@@wholistichealthboss I agree, but it's apparently a hugely complicated thing to to try and diagnose, with the interplay of various hormones, medication and psychological factors. Without the benefit of hormone testing and a functional MRI scanner, how can you tell?. I think fundamentally if a man's testosterone levels is low, probably as a result of this world diminishing his self esteem, there is subconsciously a lack of desire to reproduce. In other words it would be over stretching his ability to be a good provider and protector. This subconscious effect, which he may be unaware of, exists regardless of any actual intentions to have more kids. In nature the intimate contact would usually have the risk of pregnancy. So there's the elephant in the room that nobody has noticed. Contraception is a relatively recent thing, compared to our instincts. The outside world is geared to expecting the maximum from him all the time and therefore putting him on edge. This is one of the effects.
@wholistichealthboss4 жыл бұрын
teri day you’re right, there are a lot of social factors at play that impact libido and hormone balance. The stress of life triggers the release of cortisol hormone, which is a primal reaction our body has and when this happens it turns off all non-essential functions such as digestion or the urge to reproduce. It’s a beautiful mechanism originally in place to help our ancestors when they encountered true danger such as a lion, cortisol would be released increase the body’s ability for quick movement and brain function to escape the lion and in those circumstances the body is not concerned with digestion or reproduction, only staying alive. So now in the modern world we don’t encounter lions but we still have stress and our body can’t distinguish the difference between lions or the stress from work but it responds to stress in the same way. So this over time this wears down hormone balance. A skilled functional health coach like myself see this in a person by correlating their main health complaints along with the collection of symptoms they have, and functional hormone testing using urine or saliva can then confirm the correlations easily.
@teriday9544 жыл бұрын
@@wholistichealthboss thanks for your answer. Were not being necessarily chased by that lion so much, but our jobs and livelihoods are under great threat all the time and the stress of driving these days is not inconsiderable. Still not having come properly out of recession and the next one coming set to be worse. It could be the subconscious questioning the wisdom of enlarging or starting a family, whether actually conceived or not.
@wholistichealthboss4 жыл бұрын
@@teriday954 you're very welcome. And your right, stressors are accumulating more and more in the modern day world so it's so important for us to destress daily using tools such as deep breathing, meditation and getting out in nature. We can also reduce the body stress burden by eating foods that support our health, getting good quality sleep and exercising right for our body :)

I am finding that sometimes depriving yourself of food and fasting can be the best medicine. I find it amazing that when one only eats meat that the body doesnt require much Vitamin C. It seems we combine the wrong types of foods such as proteins with starches all to often. We were not meant to eat so much vegetable oil and definitely not heated like we do when frying. People shun conspiracy theorists but this is exactly how Crisco demonized the healthier choice of lard. Also I like keeping some skin on my vegetables when juicing to get the healthy probiotics that come with it. Food is for sure a fascinating topic.
