Great summary about fasting. This is probably the best introduction to fasting video that I’ve heard especially what you said about not diving straight into it as a health tool because one’s body may not be prepared for it! It has to be said that this is a process of patience and quiet endurance!! But it is empowering to be able to make these choices for ourselves 😊🙏

Caffeinated drinks and flesh food shouldn’t be included in fasting, there should most importantly be a spiritual aspect as well to this as well, as you are denying the flesh.
