Doesn't really matter if you're thin or not. Waking up at night isn't normal; we should all be sleeping through the night. Metal filling certainly burdens the body and detox system so they can contribute to the problem.

Well that could be a few things...mold, too much water, weak pelvic floor, hormone imbalances....for example
