The other thing is when my ear get blocked or when am in soo much pain i tend to use warm with salt just to clean them is that safe to do or should i stop doing it i have really run out of options since the hospital can't help me our medical services here is very very poor and not a lot of people know of our country its like one of the the poorist country in the world.

Hi am a ladies living in African in a country called Namibia i have a problem with my ears i have been going to the medical doctors over the years but i still have the same issue like just stop a while if mybe i get an irrigation done but after few weeks its starts itching abnormally and its pain to a point where i can use a needle or toothpick to scratch my ear leaving me with sores and soo much pain and they get blocked too from time to time so i was wondering if you can help me or have an suggestions for me

You opened the tray wrong. The first opening should always be away from you. You have the potential of contaminating the tray right off the bat by opening it towards you.
