Might have to try this! I have to wear my hair back for work so I tend to to straighten it all the time 😭. I sweat a ton everyday after weight training/cardio. How do you handle your curls when you get so sweaty ?

Love that you did this video!!!! I have naturally curly hair as well, and I wear it all the time and love them! By the way, love the podcast! I actually listened to your podcast while I style my curly hair!😂

Love this. My hair is coarse and dry, I've straighten so much because of kinky unruly hair and now I have severe breakage. I'm afraid of curl frizz but in going to try. The not rinsing conditioner may be the key to my problem. Thank you 💜😊

Just came across your channel and so glad I did! I’m a ftm 8 weeks postpartum and I was astonished with the zero support I was given after giving birth, which ended in an emergency c section. I’ve been trying to make a plan to get back into fitness so I’ll definitely be checking your app out! This video was so helpful THANK YOU!

Just discovered your channel! Love it! Yes, as someone who has both and has jobs where I use my hands a lot, Garmin over estimates steps and Oura is closer to actual steps.

How do you layer for runs during winter months? Are you just wearing compression leggings and a jacket? I am noticing that the more I exercise I sweat/get hot pretty quickly, so I don’t want to overdress but also I don’t want to be freezing

I ran 3 half marathons pregnant last year, the last one at the end of my second trimester, all with the complete support of my midwife and PT. Finishing those races was so empowering as to what the female body can do! Ignore the naysayers, you go girl!

I think it’s really inspiring to see your showing up for yourself with all of the changes you are going through and at the same time actively listening to your body and taking your time. Speaking as a woman, I think it’s cool and motivating as I just signed up for a race in October myself.

I just want to say I'm almost 13 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby in 5 years and I can't find the energy to go for a 1mile run when I used to run 3 miles every day and doing weightlifting I can't imagine having your energy! Go you!❤

Congratulations on your pregnancy!! Really excited to watch these training videos while you are pregnant! I ran with my first 2 pregnancies, I am currently 22 weeks pregnant with twins... so unfortunately am no longer running. But when i have enough energy and time I either walk and do prenatal strength videos. I miss running very much and excited to be able to get back to it postpartum! Absolutely love seeing you crush it while pregnant. So encouraging seeing pregnant ladies running and lifting!! Thank you for posting your journey!!
