Love all these tips! I feel like most people struggle with what to eat for breakfast because we have the typical breakfast foods in our head, most days I make chicken or ground turkey with greens and oats or fruit on the side!

I would love to see more breakfast ideas. I tend to eat Greek yogurt bowls and smoothies and want to add other ones.

Okay question- aiming for 7500-1,000 steps every day. Sometimes during the day it just doesn’t happen. I’ll be close but Busy at work, weather, kids freak out on walk, etc. but I can always walk on a treadmill in early AM or after kids are in bed. I don’t have a treadmill but I do have a peloton. Do I buy a treadmill to get my steps? Or is riding the peloton sufficient even though technically my watch is not going to say 7500-1k. Does that make sense?

Ooooo yes makes total sense! My simplified advice here- don’t overthink it. Movement is movement and even if it’s not tracked as a “step” that doesn’t mean it doesn’t count! If you really care about it you can try to see if it picks up with your watch on your ankle, but the overall goal = movement!!
