Musst du am besten mal auf der Dose nachlesen, ob das auch für Alu, Kupfer und/oder Messing geeignet ist. Wenn ja, dann sollte es klappen. Wenn nicht, dann könnte es sein, dass die noch einen Alu Primer im Sortiment haben

You have to find the biggest room possible inside the car and grind or cut parts of the interior off from the inside, so that it looks normal from the outside. Check out my video on How to put LEDs in your HW car, there I show it more in detail (e.g. cut the base if necessary)

8:07 24 hours? Do you use acrylics? I use to wait 30' after having layed the primer. But at the same time I recognize that the varnishe's grip never looks optimal on zamak, so, this is worth a try

It never hurts to wait a bit longer. With the Next coat on a not-fully-dried coat you will trap solvents inside your paint job, resulting in issues like bubbles, bad adhesion, hazed look, etc... You can cut drying time down by applying air flow, but never use heat or sun light.
