Nice GEC’s. It’s a shame how limited runs they make and the higher costs also.

Yeah, I was watching Beez Blades last night, and they were talking briefly about Randy being in hospital. Hope he pulls through. 🙏. I don't own but a couple slip joints and none have a half stop. Want to explore slippys, Rosecraft have some offerings that interest me. And there's always Jack Wolf. Good video Paddy. Thanks

Sorry for Randy! Prayers for you and Randy’s family! How can you get a hold of a rose craft knife?
Thanks, Paddy, for the recap of 2024 as well as a few knives. It is refreshing to hear/see a "perfect" Case knife like this lime barnboard-jigged barlow. Great to hear about the new Shing "sodslayer". Happy Holidayz to you and family. RIP @RandysWSG ... Goodbye to a great member of the knife community, and thanks for the time we spent with you as a blade connoisseur, prepper, moderator, jester, and friend.

Thanks, PPP. I completely agree with you ... Andy/RCB hit this one out of the baseball park with this one. Fantastic work knife meant for work with great texturing (great-looking and functional even if grime needs to be occasionally wiped out/cleaned). Luv'em.

Andy has said he tries to inspect every single RCB traditional that comes in before it ships, and I believe it. I've never seen or heard of them shipping anything that isn't near perfect fit & finish

After your positive reviews, a few years ago, I decided to try Ganzo knives. The 440c and after that the D2 gave a good impression of quality for an affordable price. Greetings from Istria.

I have 2 of the GEC 71's....I am NOT impressed. Both of mine have blade rack, so bad it chipped both blades right on top of the center pin. The Imperial sod busters in 7cr / 440a are too me, a better steel all around and they are so much easier and cheaper to get. Overall, I am NOT a fan boi of GEC.

This might be the one to make me dive into Rosecraft (hate the name but it's only a name). So far, I've just found them just a bit broad in the bolster (like a RRR - same factory?), but the Sodbuster is supposed to be, so it works for me, looks fantastic.

Beautiful. I have a 1975 wood handled Case Sodbuster that I love. Thanks 🎸🔪
