Most but not all of the supermarkets are kosher in Israel. It's very easy for those who keep kosher.

Nearly every food shops are kosher in Israel. I live to shop in supermarkets that Everything is 100 percent Hala ki kosher with all the hecksherim. Comes in handy for Pessach

As a convert, unknowing of my Jewish family roots. I went on a journey of self discovery and my path to judisum was well underway! The DNA stuff came much later by way of a local Rabbi, Mom and friends. So I'm a Jew and I had to find what that went to me. Hard to put into words. Ahhh: I'll end with profound Joy, Learning and Community!

Please don't be mad at me but I have ?s. was born Jewish. Non observant but celebrated the holidays and identified as Jewish. I never believed in anything be it God, a Higher Power. etc. I know if I believed in something, preferably in the Jewish faith my life would be so much better. But I never married and have no family. There is no room in the Jewish faith for me as a single st. Female. Plus if the Jews are the chosen people and if you think he is watching over us and protecting us how can you possibly say that with the way this world is. Where was God protecting us during the Holocaust? Jews were even killed and tortured because people believe we caused the Black Plague and look at present times. Jews are being outwardly hated by many who support the Palestinians. It really hurts with all this and my not being accepted and welcome into the Jewish community because I'm senior. I'm female. and most of all have no family. Based on what you spew, I'd think you'd take me into our religion and be my family and teach me how to be a Jew. How to believe and get some peace. I'm rejected from your society too I'm sure I'll get no response as I've written numerous places and not one Jewish org or person has reached out. Shame on all of you good Jews.
