Rebbe Nachman said, "Most people see forgetting as a problem, but I see it as a great benefit. The best advice is simply to forget! As soon as something is over and done with, regret whatever you must and then push it out of your mind and pay it no further attention. Don't even start rehashing things that are over and done with. Understand this well, because it is a very important principle." (Rebbe Nachman's Wisdom #26)

Thank you for the valueable and timely advice. We always have to keep mastering and managing our anger. May HaShem enable us to use it for his goodness. ealise the more Torah I consume and daily dedicating myself to HaShem so I can be a tangeable blessing has really help me to manage and master anger.

Hashem doesn’t remember when we ask forgiveness for our shortcomings. His mercies are new daily. We tend to replay our shortcomings in our minds but if Hashem has forgotten about it when we do teshuva, we can do the same and move forward. Thank you for this reminder.
