This guy had an eidetic memory. He didn't actually draw any sort of perspective grid at all in his drawings. His ability to find perspective was amazing. As someone who is very bad at perspective, I find this ability incredible.

It's really sad knowing the fact, that you have passed from this life so young. I really cried when I first encountered the news related to you your death. However, I'm just here to tell you, that your are undoubtedly the greatest artist ever foot this planet. I'm learning a lot things from your videos, and have struggled with drawing in the past, you have inspired me to never give up, and practice, over and over again, until become good. Rest in Peace Master Gi!!!

He always drank cola when he painted. After being diagnosed with diabetes, he switched to coffee. He was reluctant to go abroad because of his illness, but he had no choice because of his schedule, and he continued to receive treatment. I have heard that heart disease worsens when you are near an airport or an airplane, so that may be the reason.

idk if this can help anyone but sometimes I think about the box outside the object and imagine how much of the upside surface I can see, and I gradually show or or less based on where high or low on the eye level I am, it works very good for when I need to rotate something.

This is more digestible for me compared to the Reilly method of drawing face and figure. That gave me more headache. 🤣
