Now , the problem is my reverse is always on and i am not able to do anything else on my stereo. Can you suggest what am i doing wrong. reverse cam is on even when not engaged in reverse.

Thanks very much for showing how simple this routine maintenance is on the Outlander PHEV. Not quite as simple as my 2006 Nissan 2.5 litre - but not difficult. I'm looking for a new/used SUV and basically anything with a V-6 is off my list, as the back bank of spark plugs is insanely inaccessible without major disassembly. For example: a lovely Lexus RX350 requires that the wipers and wiper motor be taken off... along with a ton of other stuff. $800-$1,000 in Canada, so it's a big NO for me.

Great video, thanks! I couldn't see where the darn things were located! My 2c: When I've changed spark plugs on other cars the tightening instructions are usually printed on the box something like hand tighten then tighten another 1/4 turn etc. I recommend reading what's on the box so you get the correct 'crush' / torque on the plug' and its crushable washer. Before I pull the plugs out (but after the leads/coil packs come out) I like to blow down in the holes with compressed air to get rid of any grit etc. which could make its way inside the combustion chamber (or plug thread) once the plugs are removed, although from the video they look pretty well sealed to stop junk getting down to the plug(?). I also like to use a little bit of hi temperature anti-seize on the plug threads to make sure I can get them out next time. In Australia they change them at 90,000kms.... and charge around AUD250 for the 4 plugs (!).
