Q&A: Do Small Churches Need a Leadership Pipeline? If your church is under 75 people you may feel like having a leadership pipeline may be overkill. But it's not. The leadership pipeline is a crucial framework for you to disciple new leaders to different levels.
Recently I was doing a coaching call with a group of pastors who were asking about the Leadership Pipeline. We had churches as small as 25 to churches as large as 6000 on the same call. .
One pastor has a church of 25 people. He asked me if a leadership pipeline was relevant for his church. HIs question also revealed he is leading a lot of areas even though his church is smaller. I showed him how he could use leadership development to help raise up other leaders.
