Gen X here, born in the early 70s, We listened to the Beatles, Led Zep, ELO, Johnny Cash, Queen, we're the ones who still keep that stuff alive. Parents: My parent's fought a lot, my brother ran away once, our parents were hard on us, they told us to go outside in the summer, "Go find something to do! Be creative, read a book!" We would leave and be gone ALL DAY, I remember waking up in the morning and taking off on my bike to my gfs house...across the highway, I would walk home from school IN THE 3RD GRADE, we had bubble gum that looked like cigarettes. I remember coming home from school and NOBODY WAS HOME, I was hungry, so I cooked...I WAS IN THE 5TH GRADE. The neighborhood kids and I used to get BB guns and shoot at each other in the alley....we played tackle football ON THE STREET. I went outside cause my dad said to go do something, so ALL the neighborhood kids were outside playing, and there was this car parked at the end of the street for 3 DAYS, and I finally went up to it, and found a dead man in the back seat, I knocked on the window and thought... "This dude is dead..." My dad called the police... and it didn't even effect me, we all just kept playing while this old dead dude was dragged out of the back seat of his car. I remember climbing the roof of our house, to fix the TV ANTENNA cause my dad tole me to. We used to lay out on the car at night and listen to 80's music on the radio, looking up at the stars.... OH and one more thing....I NEVER liked Grunge... It was 80's hair metal, AND Judas Priest, Maiden, Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax... Why do you CONSTANTLY keep saying that Grunge defined us... no...not all of us... we were carefree and LOVED TO PARTY...

I'm sorry, at 2:39 you cannot claim that China has anything resembling good infrastructure due to their investment. The US certainly has flaws, but at least we don't have entire cities made of tofu dregs.

The france example was kinda bad. France has a history of colonialization in north-african countries, if you go to Algeria you'll be just as confused why people speak french instead of arabic. That's because they got colonized. And that lead to them in turn going into France. With the way Paris is divided into postal codes, where towards the center only the snobby rich people live and all around the poor people, it makes sense how they in turn basically then gather all the algerians into one spot instead of dissipating them throughout.

No, you have to fight back or you’ll continue to be walked all over. Speaking up is at least a start, and supporting those who do, is definitely the next step…

It sucks that violence feels necessary in these causes. People have been peacefully protesting things like healthcare in America for literal decades and nothing happens, it’s always “violence is never the answer” only because they themselves would be receiving that violence. It makes them feel as unsafe as the peasants they beg for votes for every four years then proceed to ignore feel.

This feels like a good video. I would say that if we wanted to fix things, we'd need an effort that regards voting based on the facts of the landscape, as well as involving communities in themselves and providing opportunities for kids. The enablers of decay should be understood for what they are, and we need people to understand exactly who has contributed to such decay. Improve education in schools, and encourage young people to understand the value of decorum. With this, additionally make it a point to have materials that are much more easily accessible, materials that report on the history of local elections, laws and so on. Have the situation also welcome the presence of groups that make communities aware of things that are in great demand in terms of industry and schooling. You have to inform, through education, the past, present, and possible future, of any place that wants to improve. You have to encourage the people to recognize that things get better with effort. I abhor things like UBI, free money for anyone and everyone. It destroys more than it helps, because the willingness to give over effort to decorum's requests will result in lazy recipients acting as contaminates. Eroding the scenery makes you a waste company. Stop it. Most every productive member of society agrees with me. If you languish, the dishes will never get done, for starters. Did you know that maggots will grow in your sink if you don't wash the dishes? That's not a joke, but bad ideas, are. Knock it off.

Oh God, shouldve guessed from the Sam Hyde fixation. No, brother. We are not going to get better as a country or happier if Only a certain group of people live here. You think people in 1930s-1940s Germany were "Happy"? No. How about instead of Blaming people who "Speak arabic" you Blame those who would tell you that you cannot get health insurance because of "Pre existing conditions" as if you are not paying them PER MONTH to handle expenses if and only if those "Pre-existing conditions" become a Problem. But of course the people who actually Decide if you're happy or not or content are going to Need people like Sam Hyde to say the _Right_ things in the _Right Way_ so that you don't wake tf up and realize they are men made of Flesh and Bone. They aren't Gods.

i don't like sam hyde because after all he is kind of an alt-right weirdo but he is inside the working class and he is right about musk and billionaires leftists have been saying for so long that the enemy isn't migrants or people from different races/genders or whatever, the real enemy is the billionaires, the politicians at the top, the oligarchy, the burgeoise. we have to set aside our differences and unite for better living for all of us

God helped me through my anxiety and existential dread, I remember as a 8 year old wondering what happened when I would die and I'm glad that in my late teens I found something that gave me purpose in life, watch out for bad people with false gospels, but know that the door to God's Kingdom is open, all you have to do is let yourself in, I wish you a beautiful day

The Solution was Bernie sanders and Jermy Corbyn... Funding for services like keeping the streets clean and the public transport services clean and affordable... You described the problem with the state of the streets and then blamed immigrants and not the funding (from taxing billionaire and not the middle and working class) Going further right or staying right wing with Neoliberals like biden will not and will never solve the problem. YOU HAD ALL THE PUZZLE PEICES UP TO 4:52 and said that people speaking Arabic was the problem???? what???? The government is funneling money from poor to rich exactly as you describe and somehow a cutrally diverse society is to blame for that rather than billionaires with dragon sickness? We need a democratic reform for real democracy and access to clean safe places to live for all, not further division. Forgive my disrespect but it's such a simple puzzle to solve.
