okay i thought i'd quickly add the guitar now seen as this is classical I'll only do classical guitar (for electric though you can probably guess) classical guitar is honestly like male cellos except there's a small part of your brain that realises the truth

Elegance, perfection, to some degree; it just touched me, I don't know why, there was some kind of hope, prayer in his music -> let me say it like this, I felt the spirit of god in his music and it touched me

I think the 'vagueness' and intangibility of Debussy is what I like most about him. 😍 Also, who thinks Grieg sucks? Is that a thing? I love Grieg, the Elegiac Melodies especially. Kinda melodramatic, but I dig it.

Years ago I had the confidence-building experience of turning on the radio just in time to hear the last chord of Sibelius' "Valse Triste," and correctly identified the piece. I had previously never heard the work, but had recently completed my study of the score. The final chord is quite unique in its construction and balance! Perhaps you can prepare a test of opening and closing chords of various works to challenge us to identify them just from the orchestral construct?
