Geez! I was drooling looking at all those foods, especially the casava desserts. I was born in Baybay (about an hour from Ormoc) but migrated to Canada 16 years ago. Missing home! I've been to Colombia a few times, been to Bogota, Medellin, Perreira and Salento (Cocora Valley), Filandia, and Cartagena. I told my Colombian friends that they have the most stunning mountains, but we have most beautiful islands and beaches. :-)

You CAN have salt, you just can't have Iodinized salt.
