Hi, Mister bubbles, i'm wacthing almost all vidéos on many many youtube chanels about pressure washing because i knew absolutly nothing about it. Do you worry much about stained deck? What do you consider ensuring that you don't bleach the stain?

Thank you for the great question, not an issue when downstreaming, the solution is just not strong enough. We only worry about that when we are doing softwashing, or more specifically, roof cleaning.

Was the crew able to remove the fire soot with goofy juice? Normally I have to use another chem / brush to remove that.

No, it did not, needed f9 barc but even then, the siding itself is burnt and bent.

Hey, thanks for the great question, if it's dirty under there, you can use your fan tip to clean off....water is not the issue, it's getting chemical in there that would do the damage!

So if you have them not going sideways, how do you have them spraying? I cant imagine spraying up and down is the proper way. Im genuinely curious:)

THANK YOU for leaving a comment, I teach to spray up and down motion when near electrical boxes and outlets. Probably not necessary but you can never be too careful when it comes to property protection!

Hey brother, thanks for leaving a comment, and for the great question. No issues with that when you are downstreaming, the solution is simply not strong enough. The only time you should really worry is when you are softwashing, or to be more specific, when you are cleaning the roof.

So true. Water is not as conductive as SH so mitigation is key. Even encapsulating electric or electronics in tape is not fully mitigating potential issues. The real goal is to know how to fully keep from smoking their house or knocking out the Internet. In my opinion, putting a peice of tape above the items is not sufficient.
