@@haydenpickens6956 The downstream injector dilutes the solution further. I believe it's a 10:1(10 parts water, 1 part solution), might be a 9:1

I've only downstreamed one house so far and it used a lot more chem than im used to. I use my softwash pump most jobs and while rinsing does take longer w/ just the spigot, 2 gallons of chem is plenty to get even dirty jobs done.

Hi, Awesome instructive vidéo !! I noticed that you avoided spraying chemical or water in the main front door. Why? You never spray front Doors directly?

Yes, my suction tube is in the water during the intro of this video, when we need sauce we take it out o f the water and put it into our house mix tank

Just learning about house washing and your video is the first I found. I learned a lot just washing your first video and i thank you. Do you have a video on lest say supposed I’m washing my house for example , but I have a 8 foot wall on the lower part of back of the house covered by faux stone . Will the mix you have while applying it to my siding above will come down over the faux stone and will it damage the faux stone or discolor it or damage it in anyway. If so how do you clean the siding without damaging the faux stone .?

Hey brother, welcome to the Mr. Bubbles wash academy; downstreaming is a lot safer then other alternatives, I use it to wash faux stone all the time as well, especially because those things are horrible with bird poop. make sure you email me so I can send you out some great resources!

I see you rinsing with the chemical hose. should be the other hose which is for water? and if we can use the same one , what the other hose used for? and how you change from coating to rinsing , you did not show us how to do that in the rig. thank you

I have not seen any other company do the series like you do. Unless they're doing them for people paying. Some of them do some what lf a series but they dont really give us information without paying. Maybe im just not following them close enough

So way Im running my rig is the 8gpm for concrete and downstream. Injector directly to SH tank at 12.5% so I'm pulling a hair over 1% for house washes. I can play with orifices to get more or less by .5 or so. I run a softwash 12v with proportioner directly to SH tank as well. I use it for roofs and anything I need to hit hotter than 2%. I have 3 way banjo's on both systems so I can rinse when done. degreasers, Sodium Hydroxide and any other nasty used, I only use with 5 gallon buckets and pour our portal spray. Elemonator is my choice here in Florida, provide a nice summer smell and kills the dirty sock smell without being perfumeeee.

@@ASKMRBUBBLES eh, well just to simply answer your question, 3 months. I just built my tandem setup. I was in IT for 30 years and got my 3rd layoff so Im done with corporate. Im 54 and just getting into the game. I've done and still do my research with all the chems and processes. Dont let that fool you though. I've been doing my own properties for years. I also run a bobcat business. Im bringing them together to try and find a property services nitch. I've learned a lot about this industry and I enjoy your enthusiasm and have subbed under a different account. Marketing and leads are my weak point though. I could really use some help with that. Im almost finished building my website, got the LLC, EIN and all the blah blah done. I've ordered my A frame, cards, shirts and next step is hitting it. Ive already done a few word of mouth jobs. My contractor buddies hook me up with their stuff too. Bubbles, I've positioned myself so that all I need is 3k net a month and Im good. The potential is a lot more but thats my immediate goal, 3k net.

So you can let SH sit on the siding a lot longer than 8-12mins if you are reapplying additional coats of sauce and keeping it from drying on the siding?

That is the dell time for sure, the solution can sit there longer, usually that is how long you need before you can rinse. Once all the organics are gone, you can just rinse everything down!

so in your original video that explained the chems and mixing ratios and what not you said to start out you should use a 4% mix rather then a 6% cause 6% can be a little dangerous for newer people till they figure out the techniques etc i think you said like 100 jobs or something is that still the case? or would you now suggest just going for a 6% mix weather you are new or not? (also side note: lots of people do series etc but you in my opinion are just unmatched in the amount of explaining and detailed teaching i think someone could take your advice and have absolute confidence in what they are doing)

That's a great rule of thumb absolutely, downstreaming is very safe in general, especially if you rinse everything at the very end. Once you hit that 100 house mark, you will see how comfortable you feel...thanks for the great comment, you have been really paying attention, that's awesome!

Yes, at the end of the day, the sauce that is hitting that wall will have been diluted down to about .80%. That's the sweet spot for siding!

We cut it to weaken the mix down to a 1%, that's all you need for house washing when it comes to vinyl siding, also, it depends also where you get your SH and how strong it is

He uses a downstream injector which dilutes his batch mix 10 times. So if I start with say 12% sh and dilute it 50/50 then he has 6% as you say. But then he down-streams using this 6% mix and the downstream injector dilutes it ten times so he is actually ownly spraying 0.60%!! This is my understanding so I could be wrong and totally open to correction.

You are close to the mark, at the end of the want, what's hitting that was is right around 1%, which is all you need when you are dealing with house washing, especially vinyl siding!

Best thing to do is to use a turbo nozzle on the roof. Don't use chemicals and it will save you from having to buy chemicals. You may lose a couple granules but at least you are having fun and cleaning like a champ.

I'm a newbie, but if you're using 12.5% 50% of that would be 6.25%, and downstreaming would be 10% of that making the application .063%. If you start with 10% bleach, the final would be .5% application. If the target was to be 1% we shouldn't dilute the bleach.

Our average price is 399. Originally, I was gonna softwash this house, hence the higher price, decided to downstream it for the series, but took me twice as long...this house would have taken about 45 minutes with my AR45.
