Thank you for providing some information regarding the taxes and insurance on a property like that. Also, the information regarding being in flood zone X. Most real estate videos just show the house and the price and then you’re left. Wondering hey if I do want that how bad is the insurance going to be.

Not true 996k will get you a nice home anywhere in NY except for Manhattan. The 22k a year property taxes is the killer here.
