34 days.. from order made to final delivery for me. October 2024 mind you. Didn’t even fathom there would be an issue due to the Christmas season. Yes, very frustrating with lil to no updates or communication. I ordered the 4.0. I wasn’t disappointed. Though after this video I’m curious now if I would have liked the 3.0 even better for the weight and warmth. Don’t know if I would go thru it again with the lack of shipping updates. Even in the summer! Oh, I live in the Northeast of the USA by the way. Realizing how they were shipping all over the globe.

Delivery takes forever, but I knew that. Ordered two, one for me and one for my girl, with the rain jacket. I have only tried it on, but it's going to be a great jacket. However, my girl's never arrived. The location tracking in their system never updated, and the extended tracking links never updated. Both jackets are still awaiting to ship. No big deal I thought, I'll ask customer support. The first response was semi helpful, but they still didn't answer my basic question of "What options do I have for the second jacket if it doesn't arrive before we leave?" So I waited another week, still no jacket for her, so I responded to the support ticket asking again that very basic question. I'm on response 14 of that email thread today, with the same response coming from support..... literally the same copy and pasted response. Is the jacket good? yeah, it's pretty nice. Do I recommend it? No. I'd rather have something completely different from a company that doesn't treat it's consumers this way. I'm mad enough at their support to spend hours today warning everyone away from this product at all costs. STAY AWAY!

We are avid outdoors people. However, my wife is over "roughing it" with tent camping. We have rented RVs but that can get expensive and there's no way we can afford to buy/own one. I finally received my 4.0 jacket yesterday. I ordered mine on December 7, 2024. So don't give up if you ordered one and still waiting for one. When I got the email that it had shipped, it took 2 1/2 weeks to get to my house.

Sounds good so will have to give it a try. I know Kwik Trip/Star is a Midwest thing but they have precooked Taco meat with seasonings in it. They also have Sloppy Joe's or some people call the Maid Rites premade and they also have pre-made Spaghetti sauce with meat precooked. All are not bad and quick for on the road, just reheat them.

Then nothing I called everyday multiple times a day only to be disconnected after 11-13 minutes every time... I submitted a updated request on their live app it's a bot...then December came still nothing now when I called it would disconnect before they picked up (probably because of people not getting their items) it's still this way... but after hours there's a voice message stating you can leave a message... not... so I wrote a neg review on trust pilot then and only then did I hear from Stephanie in response to my negative review. She stated she would take care of me personally (NOT)... On December 19,2024 I received an email from them stating either I get a full refund or wait until January 20 when they should be restocked and they would gift me $100.00 I could use towards my purchase..... I choose a full refund because of the worst customer Service I've ever seen.. I received confirmation of cancellation and refund confirmation on December 23,2024 stated my refund would arrive in 3-5 business days... I was out of town until mid January and no refund... I contacted Stephanie and customer service via email... no response...Thank God I ordered through PayPal because today February 6,2025... I finally got confirmation from PayPal my refund is Being processed today... WTH.. pushing 3 months of continuously trying to get ahold of someone.... I'm glad you at least had a good experience!!! Completely not what is advertised. Im beyond pissed after waiting over a month for my jacket wirh no communication from them about why it was taking so long. Also you only get the hoodie for 100 bucks! They make it seem like your getting the rainproof thing with the hoodie but you definitely don't. The hoodie itself is cheap chinese junk.

So, I debated on getting this hoodie for my gift from my mother-in-law for Xmas but when it dropped in price I said yeah that would be great. I sent her the link because I literally see it pop up in my KZbin ads like ten times a day it seems. The way the advertisement seems with this new 4.0 setup is you get the entire thing including the rain cover but that's definitely not the case. What your getting is just a fleece jacket that's maybe a little thicker then average that has a shit ton of pockets which is fine I guess. But I can promise you that this 100 dollar supposed tactical jacket is more for spring time. I would have to definitely put on multiple layers under it since it's a bit of a looser fit if I were to go out here in the Indiana winter. I would compare it to one of those 60 dollar Columbia or north face jackets which by the way seem like they are a bit higher quality material. I mean I had my north face jacket that I spilled gas on while refilling my quad and then got to close to the campfire that evening and it caught on fire. This did absolutely nothing but melt a zipper on the jacket. I'd say that's pretty decent. My biggest rant is it's not what is advertised it says no layers and looks really thick and warm in the videos but that's not what your getting for the advertised price. I would have been certain that most people would pay 140 to 150 if they got the jacket and the rain coat "layer" . All at the same time because now I feel like it was a scam. Also we ordered the jacket on the first of January and it just showed up today. No tracking information and they don't have a customer service number. It also says that the jacket was from Scandinavia province. Not true. It was designed there maybe. But this thing is manufactured in China 🇨🇳 it says so right on the label folks. Honestly had someone bought me this jacket at a store like dicks or Walmart I'd hope they have the receipt cuz I would definitely exchange it. But I guess now I'm stuck with this shit. I guess I can wear it when I'm out riding or something and it's not that cold.

The 3.0 is definitely a better hoody. Just got the 4.0 and pretty disappointed in it.

I can understand the frustration of waiting but I have ordered many of times and can assure you it is not a scam just unprepared to handle the demand...however the 3.0 is a far better product than the 4.0

I did my research and heard enough positive that I went ahead and ordered one. But after a few weeks, Baerskin canceled my order and refunded my money. I asked why they canceled it and never got a reply. I think they just started shedding later orders knowing they cannot fill them. At least I got my money back.

Have exactly same issue right now. I have sent items back for exchange and nothing but crickets. They sent me prepaid USPS labels, the tracking says that they were delivered to the Russellville, KY return facility, but I have heard nothing since and zero responses to emails sent through contact form. They have no call center to address issues. I will wait another two weeks and then I am having the bank deny the charge and get after them. Another issue is that the sizing chart is completely wrong. Everything I ordered was cut WAY to big for the measurements on the chart.
