I don’t know what type of hair you have, but applying Curls Curl Paste on top of the cream will help your hair turn out like hers. It holds the hair in place so that it dries in the same pattern as she set it in and holds the hair cuticles down on the hair shaft to keep it from reverting - but it is does not feel like you have anything on your hair.

Now that I have more hair, gonna need to get me a roller set. I would love to have curls without it being from a wash and go, because my hair always feels so dry after just two days. Plus, not all of my hair is the same length, and it's noticeable more when my hair is only wavy. Some curls might be able to hide that a bit more 😅.

Can you do this on dry or damp hair??? I thought I saw a video by Whitney years ago showing this on hair that had been cleaned and conditioned the day before, then twisted and air dried over night. It will shrink for sure, for your hair to remain stretched, no water-based product should touch it following your hairstyle. Natural oils based products are recommended instead
