Guy who "finished" early didn't do 30 reps each time. Counted 22 on round 10. Also he isn't getting full extension on his Deadlifts. I'll be watching

@BenjaminReedyCF Odd to just do 90% of the reps, but yea he started to shorten the deadlifts over time. Could've been fatigue...but I'm watching.

Yes, you were not warmed up to the weight. No you should have done 115lb and tried for 7s. I think the 135lb was still too much for this kind of metcon after a row. Why no run?

@@christopherdidyoung7442 I think the 115 wouldn’t have been a bad choice, but I feel like I was able to hang on to the 135. I guess I’d rather push myself instead of have an “easier” portion of the workout. I chose to row so the camera isn’t recording nothing for a while.

He's stepping over the bar and doing Lateral while you're hopping and doing bar facing. Don't sell yourself short. 2 completely different style reps.

True, I did try to shake it up & go lateral but my body couldn’t compute that during the workout. It something I need to work on! I will say he is fast though, even without the step over

Not to be that guy, but unfortunately the Workout Notes state you have to start each round with your back to the barbell and you have to hold the dumbbells at your sides for the step-ups.... Nice job though either way!!! 👍
