The bike was killer on this one. 15 cals if you’re not proficient on the bike is a lot of time wasted, which ultimately leads to less time for Wallballs. The Muscle ups were never an issue. Tested out new grips today & they’re not bad. Little different but I think I’ll keep using them. Went unbroken on all the muscle ups per round. Started strong with 20 Wallballs then never seemed to hit that again.
Getting better with taking less time between transitions & not spending as much time sucking air so that’s a big plus! Great WOD today.
