Here is my current go to loadout for the illuminate. Liberator penatrator, grenade pistol, impacts, MG43, shield pack, 500kg bomb, and gatling barrage. Since they don't have much in the way of armor I have been favoring the MG43 because it brings down shields really fast and can deal with every threat they have including watchers. The shield pack doesn't need much explanation it keeps me alive when I shouldn't be. 500kg is something I always run because it make big boom and cooldown is rather quick. The gatling barrage has fast cooldown and like the MG43 can kill anything as long as you take down watcher shields. This is just my default loadout but tons of stuff will work just as well or better.

Great video my only change would be that the 380mm is definitely A tier at least I use it all the time and I just call it out and don't have an issue killing freindlies. I can take care of any problem you have. Also as a note the Tesla tower is an easy S tier for high level solo only. I never bring it with a team but solo helldive it is clutch.

Every list sleeps on the jump pack. Besides just gaining insane maneuverability and an easy out in bad situations, you can also easily get to objectives quickly before getting swarmed. You can easily fly up to a jammer and turn it off before being noticed, fly in to place and activate a hellbomb, etc. Jump pack is easily A tier.

Got to argue with the precision strike. It’s got good damage for the short cooldown. It’s just like a way way way better grenade

Orbital Gas strike destroys base ships and has a super quick cooldown. It also prevents any voteless in the area from surviving. I would also recommend just tagging the join between the body and legs of the harvesters with some medium or heavy armor penetration. This completely disables them and is the fastest way to down them. Forget explosives. Do NOT sleep on the standard Guard Dog. It head shots EVERYTHING. I've had it take down 5 overseers in about 10 to 15 seconds on its own while I was retreating.

I think Quasir cannon is S tier, doesn't take need a backpack to use so can combo it with another backpack like the Shield or the laser drone 😌

I prefer the tripod from War of the Worlds. That's the ORIGINAL deathbeam 3 legged walker.

Incredible in universe video couple counterpoints: if you have enough time to cook a grenade after getting melee'd by an elite, you have time to stim. And if you stim you can get back up and kill more undemocratic aliens Also, all armed hellbombs now explode, whether destroyed or not. (If it is destroyed and doesn't go off, then it's still a bug :P but as of some patches, they called it a bug and claimed to have patched it a while back though it does break occasionally with updates lol) Gotta say, crossbow with hmg is godly. hmg trivializes shields and tripods. crossbow takes out ships ww/o spending grenades. Need i say more? gas grenades are my go to retreat grenade. less likely to friendly fire if you throw it at feet and run away from the horde crossbow is grreat at long range cc, but terrible at close range cc. same for hmg. That's where you bring senator, and double mg turrets. they destroy all unit types, and occasionally even the tripod for aggro draw and the rare kill but finally our last stratagem is guard dog. covers your back, your hmg reloads, retreats, everything. if for some reason you're uncomfortable with your close range combat, you could sawp hmg for mg, but ttk for tripods is very important imo

Arc Thrower can stun lock all Illuminate forces, including the Harvester.

While learning how to deal with the Illuminate, I found out that the flamethrower is a very solid choice for dealing with everything in a pinch. It goes through the voteless with ease, and it kills both overseer types at a comfortable speed, if they are within range. It is even decent for killing the harvesters in a desperate situation with the right armor equipped, normally needing one full canister to take it out - or less, if it's hurt. It's also a good idea to set the ground on fire as the voteless chase you, as they won't try to avoid it and will die before they even reach you in most cases. Just remember not to set yourself on fire. I use it more as a defensive tool in order to let my teammates specialize in what they want to deal with, or while they do the important stuff. Another decent pick would be the ARC-12 BLITZER. It stuns anything it hits except for the harvesters, sports a bit of crowd control and its usefulness is even greater if other people in your squad have shock resistance. Most tougher things will die in 2-4 hits from it, depending on how close you are, and it will give some breathing room if some overseer decides to get close. It will keep your enemies still, allowing you to either stunlock or get someone more specialized to take them out without the elevated overseers potentially dodging their shots. The only problem is that it might struggle with taking out enemy shields, but we have other tools if it comes to that. If you are an opportunist, you might even stop a small group of overseers from shooting at you. Probably my favorite primary to bring along with a decent team. Any laser/overheat weapon will do fine against most things too. With light or medium penetration, it is probably better to shoot the overseers anywhere but the head, because their body armor breaks and leaves them exposed. I've never seen their helmets break though, but heavy penetration will definitely take them out if headshots are your thing. The infinite ammo will definitely make you worry less about shooting the voteless - weak as they are, they can still overwhelm you, so managing their numbers might still take priority over the ground overseers, especially because the voteless can take the shots from the overseers if you position yourself properly. Just don't rely on it if there are any elevated overseers. Regarding backpacks and other tools, I feel like the video covers it pretty well but I want to add that your own arc towers might be very helpful, considering that the streets are very good choke points for them. It will at least keep one front clear from the voteless and overseers, for a while. Turrets will do a decent job too, but require slightly better positioning in order to avoid killing friendlies struggling with the voteless. Hope this makes someone's day!

The sniper is INCREDIBLE against the illuminate. It oneshot headshots the overseers, and it four-shots the walkers if you shoot it on the crossbeam that attaches the legs to the body. It's also great for spamming down the shields on the parked warp ships. I've not failed a mission on difficulty ten running it with the laser guard dog and the breaker.

You can also complete the Destroy Warp Ships Objective with the Orbital Gas Strike.

i personally use the plasma scorcher as it is in the base pass and 4 shots an overseer with body shots, it also 1 shots most voteless in an AOE and hits through overseer's shields i bring a machine pistol as a secondary so i can melt trough waves of voteless and warp ship shields, it takes around 1 mag to destroy them and for support weapons i take either GL or Recoilless rifle, GL lets you easily blow up any warp ship weakpoint and tesla tower while also fending off hordes of voteless. and the recoilless rifle 1 shots harvesters and warp ships from any angle regardless of if they are on the ground or not

What tips do you have for fighting the Illuminate?

Gas is also incredibly effective and the new update gave gas grenades a destructive power of 30 so they can destroy the ships. Plasma is incredible because of splash damage you easily take out hordes and go straight through shields of the overseers. The rail gun goes straight through the eye killing them instantly with he harvesters. And the one way shield backpack is effective with a melee to keep away the voteless and 2 other divers to lay down long range supresive fire with plasma guns. Shields block melee.

I mean the Title of "Best Free to Play game" isnt worth shit. Warframe has still way to many systems that rewards paying money like stupid mobile games and making any free to play way to get stuff as painfull as possible. Well atleast the last frames had some form of bad luck protection. The Gameplay is decent yeah, until you powercrept so hard that you dont use most of the Systems and just explode eveything while not even looking at the Screen in Danger of burning out your Eyes. 1999 is interessting but it isnt really that different from any other recent Update with new Tilesets. The Bike and Human Frames are mainly a distraction for that.

To start 1999 You need 1999 hours farming in Warframe )

The post quest content is so fun and just fits so well together with the rest of the update.

I love how with these 3 new parts in the origin system learned from one another: *Zariman* had some hard enemies as most were re-used and high leveled up, kinda confusing game modes for the first times and a very hard to rank up syndicate *Sactum Anatomica* has original enemies but kinda unbalanced; some like the Necramechs are freakin' inmortal on the first attempts, it also has better to understand game modes and a cool gameplay, but the syndicate is still hard to rank up And now *Höllvania* has some hard but fun to fight enemies, nice twisted game modes (and a cool pvpve node), insanely good procedural maps and finally the syndicate is fun to rank up, the only flaw I find is that as a PS4 player it drains my fps to 30, but it's really fun anyways :P

Cosmetics locked behind plat? If you find good people, you can trade for plat with prime parts. The things that are actually locked behind a paywall are prime cosmetics. Other than that, nothing in this game is truly locked for you. Even with that however, I'm playing this game while spending on it because I like to support games that actually care about their players.
