I don’t have that many items. But if lucky, i try and re-sell my unwanted stuff or things that don’t fit me anymore ie jeans, and then once i sell them, i replace them with postmark used items that actually fit me or better styles that i like. GL…. Seems like you’re having a hard time letting go of things. I’m always more than happy to part way with stuff I don’t wear or like anymore. Feels good to see it leave my space.

Ou dont need to stock stuff - that is what stores are for. Eventually everything goes on sale anyway. They could also be out of use by the time you get to use them.

Keep going, girl! I did a really radical wardrobe declutter a while back, and although I sometimes miss a few items that I got rid of, I do not regret paring down. Now I have so much clarity when it comes to what I have an what I need. I never run out of clothes to wear, and I never have piles of laundry to get through (since I wear it all, and I want to get it back into my wardrobe). You’re doing yourself a huge favour with this project!

Loved your video, great job! I just changed out all my hangers and finally organized by category and colors. It’s a bad sign when I had to dust off clothes that I haven’t worn in who knows how long. I liked that you set a number goal. I think I’m going to speed declutter by 20s this week.

What helped make me was reverse decluttering. Instead of looking for what I could get rid of, i looked for what I really wanted to keep. If it was a maybe, I tried it on. If I still wasn't sure, i put it aside in a "quarantine bin" to be decided about in 6 months.

I’ve decluttered once this year and now I’m on round two right now. I hold it and if I get an ick feelings it’s gone, if I try it on and it doesn’t fit right or the fabric feels weird it’s gone. I’m taking Polaroid pictures of things I love but don’t serve a purpose anymore for me and say good buy to the item.

So I went backwards lol watched your second part where you donated 50 items and it totally encouraged me to go do 20. I was being nice to myself 😂.... But honestly was hard. But I've been working on getting rid of clothes for years so I definitely have made big strides. Hoodies and jeans are my kryptonite. Got rid of three jeans and a hoodie though this time. Anyways thought I'd let you know it encouraged me to fill a full garage bag to donate. Went above my goal even though it was tougher then I thought it would be

My mom used to make her bed w our family cat inside the sheet! our cat would legit sleep with a fitted sheet and bedspread over her! A big lump in the bed! It was the cutest thing! Hope your ankle feels better! ❤
