Was that a skincare tracker on the inside of your medicine cabinet? I'd love to know where you got it. Also, I think you could use the acetone to refill the nail polish remover pot :)

The beige and brown sweater should go. You didn’t like it. I could tell by your face. You’ve lost weight and it’s hiding that fact. I know it was a gift, but you deserve to wear the clothes that make you feel beautiful

I love that this is truly realistic - it helps greatly when I'm looking at de-cluttering my own spaces and am not sure where to start. So many channels and people do huge de-cluttering sessions and get rid of so much; while this is awesome to see (and something I wish I personally could do all at once as well), for most of us it is unrealistic and scary to do so much in one go. Your approach is much more manageable and helps me realize that I can take a little at a time and be happy keeping things that I might not necessarily use, but want to keep a little while longer! Thank you for sharing :)

2:25 you can turn it into a cute candle
@rachgeorgia999310 күн бұрын
To get more life out of your candles the first time you use them burn them until the wax is melted all the way to the edge of the glass, it is called a memory burn. This prevents an uneven burn where the wax melts at different levels

Put your travel pouches and cubes in your suitcase. That’s when you are going to use them and it saves cluttering up other areas of your home
@ShelbieAmmirati-vo8rb11 күн бұрын
For the sweatshirt stains, dawn dish soap and baking soda mixed together (it turns into like a paste) put it on the stains and let it sit. Wash it like normal and it should save it!

if you ever have anything like those cider cardigans again wash them in a delicates bag, that should protect them enough so the flowers/embellishments don't fall off

Getting the stuff out of the house is absolutely the hardest so I loved seeing this. I love the idea of counting items so I’ve started making a list and since NYE I’ve decluttered 167 items (it’s helpful having a toddler growing out of clothes) and slowly just trying to add stuff to a bucket of things to declutter to make it easier in the long run. Your videos have been so motivating so I’ll continue to follow along on our decluttering journeys!

Hi Mac! H&Ms "recycling"-program? That is not functioning. Most of it is just a fraud, a scam and the clothes get dumped and shipped to Asia or Africa to litter and rot in huge piles. H&M are greeen washing us with those "recycling boxes" , they just want us to keep shopping with them. Have you seen the documentary about all textile ending up in Africa/Asia? The clothes that you want to recycle should go in textile recyle together with those pillows. And please please, please, dont buy anything from Shein, Wish, Temu aso, there is reasons for them to be cheap, baaaad reasons that you don´t want to be a part of. To declutter and have less stuff is a good thing to learn that one dont need to have or buy alot of items is great but we all need to be responsable for our items all the way.

I gave warm clothes to our Food Pantry. Some clothing, mugs, and pots and pans went to Goodwill. Craft items were tossed, recycled, or passed to other crafters. Towels, blankets, and stained clothing went to the animal shelter. Tina, Al's wife

When you donate clothing or any items, please consider any independent or smaller thrift stores instead of Goodwill! The independent/smaller thrift stores, a lot of times donate monies collected from their sales to good causes. Goodwill doesn’t do anything like that! Please take a little more time to research that option instead of going with the easiest.

It gave me a strange amount of joy to be the 12th Like on the 12th day of decluttering ! 🏁 Charlie didn't care about matching at all. I spent hours going through my essential oil collection this weekend. It was disappointing because, even though I decluttered approximately 50 bottles, it didn't make that much of a difference and it's not like they'd even come close to filling a donation box like 50 articles of clothing would. It's never a total waste of time or a fail though... all the bottles and holders are dusted, I have a better idea of what I have, and it's only the ones that I enjoy smelling now.
