Executive Orders apply to the Executive Branch and as you say are not law for any other people. But they frequently are passed off as Law, like the gold confiscation by FDR in 1933.

I disagree with your statements on the electoral college. We are a Republic not a democracy. Mob does not rule us. That failed in ancient times. Jefferson trusted an informed population, we are not that now. You can not make a statement about how Jefferson would have felt about that. That is an opinion not based on fact. The smaller states need representation. As you ve said only white men with property could vote so in that sense yes he "might' have felt just the popular vote but since it was based on a Republic not a democracy you are most likely incorrect. California would decide the presidency always. Because you were born there you have a liberal perspective of interpretation. The founders were mostly conservative in thought from their diaries for that time period. The female vote is easily manipulated by feelings. That's a fact. Now in the digital age feeling and attention deficit are used to sway the people who are either to lazy or too overworked to be informed on the basics. The pubic school system stopped teaching civics without agendas. It's a sad state of affairs. We can see the stark differences in state laws how each state needs representation therefore the electoral college. Our country is much larger with a wide range of needs. The most populated states can not fairly make a decision for an entire country.

I currently use this intersection when I go to my bank or the post office, I've used it sence spring 1969. The intersection was and has always been low volume because Canyon was a 45 degree street running 3 blocks from Mulberry to the Couthouse. The street is already has optically to prevent driving more than 2 blocks continuous. The intersection worked just fine, unless you consider turning your head 135° is some cases to check for traffic. Now the intersection is flipping awkward with the white posts and non transportation paint. I had no clue this is supposed to be artwork. Sorry, but I think it is a waste of money and the fold over posts will become a regular maintenance issue as they are on west Mulberrt. I'm not impressed.

Also, the second amendment says; Congress shall make NO LAWS infringing on the Peoples Right to bear arms! Hasn’t the law’s against this gun that gun infringing on OUR right? PLUS, Felon’s (not just people convicted of violent crimes) who have non violent crimes shouldn’t have their RIGHT to bear arms taken away because it’s a GOD GIVEN Right?

Brother this is a sign of societal breakdown be it black or white. Guyanese no longer care about each other, everyone just care about themselves and who should be setting the greatest example is not and that is the same government you speak of where it’s all about friends and family and everyone else must suffer!

Notice how he didn't want to teach about the title of nobility clause. He didn't want to teach it because it would reveal lawyers are esquires which is a title of nobility. That means they couldn't hold public office, unfortunately many do today. The legal society is an esoteric society.

I don’t like Republic. They’re a giant Corporation from far away. We never had any significant issues when the Gallegos family owned it. Like, almost zero issues of any kind. Really, really well-run, and local. Please tell me what other hauler could handle 41,000 households here. They’ve purchased seven new trucks. That’s about $2 Million right there. They paid for all of the new curb carts. That’s about 120,000 carts. They must be somewhere around $40 each, or more? That’s about $5 Million, plus-or-minus. Who else has the bucks to do that? I think there were just two other bidders for the contract. RAM was one, but I don’t think they could have handled a project this large. Not even sure who the other bidder was. If they are a mess after 6-12 months, then switch. If you can afford to live within the City of Fort Collins, you can afford $11, tbh. And you might get more competitive pricing from the others at that point anyways. They play games with the prices of their services all the time. There’s big money in trash.

Better teach thy politicians before they find themselves in some trouble. **On the Original Intent of Money and the Modern Fiat System** When the Founding Fathers crafted the U.S. Constitution, their intent regarding money was clear: it was meant to be a stable, reliable store of value rooted in tangible assets like silver and gold. The Constitution grants Congress the power to "coin Money" and "regulate the Value thereof," which in the 18th century meant minting coins backed by real metals. This process required real resources and genuine effort-a far cry from today’s fiat system, where currency can be created at the tap of a button. In those early years, money was not just a medium of exchange; it was a promise of value, labor, and scarcity. It took significant time and resources to mine, refine, and mint gold and silver, limiting how much currency could be in circulation. This ensured a natural restraint on inflation and preserved the purchasing power of the money people earned and saved. The system was designed to prevent financial manipulation, debt spirals, and the devaluation of wealth-reflecting the Founders’ commitment to economic stability and individual prosperity. Today’s fiat currency system bears little resemblance to this original vision. Backed by no physical assets, modern money is created by central banks through complex mechanisms that allow for nearly limitless expansion. The Federal Reserve, for instance, can issue currency by adjusting numbers on a balance sheet-essentially "conjuring money from thin air." Unlike in the days of hard currency, there is no inherent limit to the supply of dollars. This freedom to create money has led to inflation, expanding national debt, and a financial system that, at its core, seems to drift further from economic reality with each passing year. Many Americans sense the dissonance between what was intended and what exists today. The Constitution’s silence on fiat currency, coupled with its prohibition against states making anything but gold and silver a tender in payment of debts, suggests that the Founders never envisioned-or endorsed-a system where money could be printed without restraint. It becomes challenging, therefore, for the modern fiat system to find justification within the Constitution. This divergence from the Constitution’s original vision is why some are advocating for a return to sound money principles or exploring decentralized currency systems that cannot be manipulated by centralized authorities. After all, if the Constitution intended money to reflect real, tangible value, then today’s fiat model contradicts the very foundation of economic integrity on which this nation was built. In revisiting the question of what money should represent, we are not only reflecting on the past but also reconsidering the future. Perhaps it’s time to ask if our current system, born from a divergence from those early principles, truly serves the people-or if a return to a sound, honest approach to money might be the path to economic stability and individual prosperity once again.

wow forced Monopoly also they will fine you for something you never needed if you refuse services. It's messed up, you could argue that the opt-out fee coercive "The strongest legal argument against the Fort Collins opt-out fee would assert that it functions more like a tax than a fee due to its public policy goals, lack of direct service to the payer, potential coerciveness, and possible misuse of revenues for broader purposes. If a court agrees that the fee is a tax under these criteria, then the fee would be subject to TABOR’s voter approval requirement, and the city could be forced to either repeal the fee or hold a public vote."

How can any law whether state or Federal, be enacted when it goes in direct violation of the Constitution. If I understand correctly isn’t that the basis for the laws of our nation, and before the law can be enacted and enforced, doesn’t there have to be an amendment to the constitution or something like that????
