I wouldn't do that if I were you. You could get a different 18" offset rim for the brakes, unless you need the money.
@alhuegayle75508 күн бұрын
@mikolizazi Need the money? I literally started the video saying I want to return the car to stock. There's only a small set of 18s that might clear these brakes, none of which I'm interested in. I'm very selective when it comes to wheels. I'm also not interested in modifying this chassis any further.

@trackdayfever6991 I used an online serive that cost me like $20 for 30 days. Sorry I forgot the name of it right now but a quick Google search and you can find torque specs all over the internet. I even purchased the complete 997 turbo service manual somewhere online and it now sits on my computer. Google is your friend in this process. Also the forums are helpful as well.

@@digilux4017 good question because that's a thought I have everytime I drive the car 🤔. Short answer is yes the feel has gotten mentally better I think. @@reedbarney2451 yeah I've seen that as well and it's basically putting a single inlet vs the duel split inlet. I'm trying to reframe from turning the turbo into a gt2 style. Nice video dude. The reason that you are producing more smoke than others is that although you all share a common wire resistance of approximately 2 Ohms, you are using copper wire which means much longer length of cable. That means that when you wrap the wick you will have much more turns therefore much more contact with the wick which will provide more heat hence more smoke
