Oh, here we go. I was going to ignore this, but I've read the comments, so I can't. 1. I was talking to 2 college kids who were interested in what we were doing that day, not the general public or reporters. 2. I asked if it was ever posted anywhere, there would be no names, or family stuff. That included businesses. My thoughts and emotions were between three people, nothing more. 3. I want this taken down.

Pausing early, but there was such a clear change from the Captain. From; "You let them on the boat!" To all smiles showing them around the ship. Such a good reflection of your crew and how you carry yourselves.

i feel so bad for fishermen, they give up everything to make the most money to then be turned on by the government like "you fuckin owe us" none of us owe the government shit. especially these days

These comments really surprised me. I think this guy has some problems. He might be using his work as an excuse to avoid having to be a father. It doesn't have to be one or the other, and working in an office isn't the only other option besides being on a boat 24 hours a day. He'll have a lot of regrets when his four kids are grown and he realizes that they don't even know who he is, and he doesn't know who they are.

first sentence, getting on the boat, with 1-2 foot space between the dock and the boat and this dork says, "don't die" definitely shows he has never done any sort of manual labor in his life, ah how nice it must be to live a carefree life making videos

And just imagine this job, with modern equipment. 8 days at sea. Just how hard it is. Imagine this same job, but instead of 8 days, it was months, and no modern stuff like motor pumps or engines. I can't even begin to fathom the insanity of this life back in the age of sail.
