Is that for the adhesion between the substrate and the linoleum top or is it on top? I got a little confused on your wording at the end there. THank you for the calrification! For so many things online about lino counters you'd think someone could tell a body what brand of adhesive to get. Thank you!

It appears that you didn't clean the snake after using it, but instead, just shoved it back into the drum. I'd clean it before putting it back into the drum to prevent bacteria from growing. Also, dry it after washing it so it doesn't rust. Hot soapy water (like dishwashing liquid) or hot water with a disinfectant (like a splash of bleach) into a 5-gallon bucket and coil the snake in the bucket. Let it sit for a little while and rinse, drying it with a towel. Some even suggest putting a light coat of oil on it after drying it to prevent rust.

i purchased from walmart a XTRA VISION 9005 not a 9006 and I'm having a hard time putting it in...the two prongs wont insert in the socket....maybe I need to get a 9005 Sylvania?

Yes. Those numbers represent the various different styles of connection. Getting the right one is definitely the way to go.

@@TheMaintenanceMan i usually cross reference from rock auto and then purchase from another site or just pull the part out and snap a pic of the part number but for some reason it wont fit . maybe I need to force it in more? but if it doesn't fit smoothly then just try another bulb?

If you think you have the correct footprint for the connection try giving it some pressure and rocking it slightly to massage the connection points wider till it goes.

The plug on the side of the drain, from what im told is where you need to go to clear a clog. Also a bladder on your hose after the snake will push the backup out of the way.

It was a lucky coincidence. The snake most likely listened it, causing it to reveal itself. Besides, I explain that in the video at 5:48. Paying attention while you’re watching helps to retain the information. Thanks for the question.

I’ve never had one of those actually not move. I found one years ago that the rod was square not round. Can’t find it now. I use the round one but I’m usually cursing before I’m done

You should lubricate (light film of faucet grease) on top and bottom of ball so it glides across rubber seats and and rubber top gasket .

A snake that size wouldn’t puncture a cast-iron drain line unless it was damaged already, but there is a possibility it could tear through one of the older style drain lines that, for all intents and purposes, are made of paper.

Oof… you’ll either need to purchase the correct size before installing it, or you’ll need to reframe the doorway. That would take a different video unfortunately.

If the springs are tapered, the large end goes down in first. If they are even cylinders, that doesn’t matter.

You know, besides the issues dealing with the prohibitions surrounding tattooing, the idea of bringing the Holy Name into a place of uncleanliness (your bathroom) is not the best thing in the world.
