Thanks for the video! For anyone needing further details in order to remove the door trim there is a screw to remove at the internal door latch, one hidden at the grab spot at the top of the trim below the window and a bolt in the internal cavity where the straps are. Remove those and then you can pull on the trim to remove the clips as mentioned in the video

Great video mate - entertaining value reading some of the comments lol. I bought a diff breather kit but it went it the too hard basket so I ended changing my diff and transmission fluids more often as a matter of best practice in stead.

Great tool, but the only problem is that the winch operator will be facing the car when winching, which might cause trouble if something breaks. But I think it has a safety rod that breaks when things become too heavy?

If this had only opened up last year and with the Joondalup line having just extended and become the Yanchep line making it much easier for anyone to get to by car and public transport for a day I’m sure it would last a much longer time and I’d be shocked if someone tried to restore the good old theme park I miss

The V could be part of the acronym for the Dutch East India Company which was VOC. The logo was a large V with an O over one arm of the V and a C over the other.

Thank you! I noticed some related surnames on the board. My Father-in-Law lived there as Swan Boys Home then sent his kids there for years 11 & 12. My dream is to purchase it and turn it into somewhere everyone can enjoy. Much space for the homeless, sad that the church has left it empty when it could house so many currently in need. You were there possibly 10 years or more after they left ❤

Fascinating footage of Wittenoom. I have just come back from a trip that followed an almost identical route. Wittenoom is totally gone now and blocked off by earth berms and signs warning that it is now a criminal offence to enter. You were fortunate to see it while it was still possible. There are other changes too. Karijini and the whole area in general was much busier than it seems to be in your video. The road through the park is now all bitumen. I was struck by how dominated that area is by the mining industry. Dust pollution and the rumble of heavy machinery blights the whole area to a much greater degree than I expected which is heartbreaking really. I imagine it will only get worse as more and more mines are opened up and the Hammersley Ranges get slowly mined away.
