I’m supposed to get one in March. Are there things the doc doesn’t tell you that happens after the procedure? I have fibroids, endo and adenomyosis. So hesitant about getting one.

@Cori_Rela I wouldn't say it's very hard. It's easier to learn on a drop spindle in my opinion. I just posted a new long form spinning video today where I go through the whole process if you're curious 😄

it means to rip it out (sounds like a frog ribbit). Usually you have to frog something if you made an error and need to fix it

Just fyi, spinners watch other spinners yarn videos. There aren’t that many compared to knitting and crochet videos. The finishing of the yarn is interesting to us too. ❤ Great video and beautiful yarn.

This Tuesday will be my 2 week post op. I thought I was getting better and the gas symptoms weren’t as bad after the 5th day of being able to make a movement. The gas pains are back along with the back pains and having a hard time making a movement again with stool softener. I think due to the gas pains it’s hard for me to relax and allow release. This is the only thing that I want to get past.

That definitely sounds rough! I think a heating pad helped a lot with the gas pain for me as well as moving around to different positions, but unfortunately there isn't a one size fits all for relieving that pain. The gas pain will go away and things will get better, but in the meantime I suggest trying to watch some comfort tv or something that will distract your mind. Wishing you the best for your recovery 💜
