inspired by "I Only Have Eyes for You" by the Flamingos, no?

I saw this performance when it first aired on Jools all those years ago and i immediately LOVED the band. Got the album and it SLAPS! Was obsessed with a live full set they uploaded too from the US. Love their voices, the image, the guys are bloody brilliant too. Such good chemistry!

Wow, Great original cover to this classic song! Very well done. Thank You! So, Working Mans Dead was 50 years ago? (+3 for me to find this). It's getting rather old ;;;So am I;;;

This song was an oasis amidst the constant screaming that were rock radios in the 00's. I'm glad Lucius once again surprises us with this pick and their lovely take on it. <3

lol _hey we retconned this song about substance abuse into our more present day moral panic of pews_

Feels like half the songs from this era with a female lead had her going “ha!”

Wait wait wait. Why pick this song? From such a forward thinking band you sure picked a doozie. Like Pumped Up Kicks, the meaning of the song belays it's soft nature. It's about the lead singer's *actual* impropriety on an airplane which he is unapologetic about. First Fred Armisen, now this. Please research a little more.

This brings me right back to my senior year of high school, when this song was on the radio constantly. I wish it had been this version instead!

How did I not know this existed? Honestly you ladies do the best covers. Loved the line "most faithful mirror" coming up several times given the mirror nature of your performance style. Soooo good.

I don’t know why, but this song evokes tears. There is something about it that just brings out emotions in me. It’s beautiful.
