What is the relationship of your fixed gear bike? 48x16? 46x16? 44x16? 44x18? Thank you and congratulations on the video

very soothing content to watch, keep up the good work. one criticism though, you should not publish peoplé’s faces in front of their door, out of respect to their privacy. the world is full of surprises

At the beginning of the trip, there should be plain water because there is no need to renew the electrolyte in the body because it is already there, but after a long trip, that's when the lost vitamins are needed.

On a single speed here mostly (rather than fixed) but I've had a bit of bother with my left knee recently, so I can empathise with your pain. Mine seems to be patellar tendinopathy with a bit of swelling at the base of the kneecap. I think mine was from chucking my cleats back a bit too far after changing them - found it was less stressful on my calves but very quickly gave me the left knee issue. Back we go and it felt a bit better today! Take it easy! Safe riding!

I do that route a lot on a citibike (looking into my own road bike) and it's horid with pot holes and other "blemishes". Kinda neat seeing it from this perspective

Boom! You picked the right jersey, so thumbs up. The Core is fantastic. Semi-casual. Semi-aero (if sized right). Perfect. The mandarin collar keeps you from looking like a racer wannabe. The front length is just long enough to keep your belly from showing when in bib shorts. The earthy colors are different and stylish. The Core Lightweight version is airy in the summer heat.

That's it exactly: "as long as you're aware". If you're not causing a wreck or disrupting the flow, just go, red, green, or yellow.

Always play it safe on a bike. Well not always but you know... it sucks to go down and hit that pavement, you gotta play your odds right.

Idk how you guys do that. No gears. No brakes. No way.
