Thanks Ellie, great vlog as always, ❤ your content. For your stall in the dressing room, have you thought about changing the feet for little legs to extend the height instead. It’s super cute and would be a shame to replace it. Turn it upside down and see if the feet screw in, if so, maybe you could find some little cream legs. No expert, but just a thought! 😊

I used to love those pittas but they I’ve been cutting down on foods with unnecessary added/UPF ingredients. Have a look at the pack…they have so much rubbish in them to make them soft and tasty. The normal/simple pittas are more dry but have hardly anything in them and are so much better for our gut health. I sometimes sprinkle a bit of water on the less processed pittas before toasting and this helps keep them softer xx

Is running good for a 48 years old? My PT said it’s going to put pressure on my knees but I really want to try as my friends have slots weight too by running, as you expert in osteopathy what would you recommend? Thank ❤

It really depends on you as an individual and what else you’re doing. It’s important to have a good strength training regime to go alongside it to support your joints. It also depends on current injuries etc! 🤍🤍

If I run in the morning I dont eat before or just have a banana. If I’ve eaten and been to work and run in the evening it never seems to affect me🤔

eating before running is not good... Try running on an empty stomach or about 2 hours after breakkie!

That belly trouble is frustrating. Maybe try just a banana before your run, see if that helps. You might be one of those people who run better fasted or semi fasted. Good luck…enjoy those hair extensions!! Life really is too short to not enjoy every moment of being young and feeling beautiful.

Hey girl - I get the exact same when I run (I have IBS and it’s pretty common). Only way to combat it for me is to run fasted or just on a coffee. Works perfectly for me ❤❤

@@tillymacaulay610 oh girl I hear you! Yeah, I changed my lifestyle massively to cope with day to day life. I’m gluten and dairy free to stop daily cramps and bloating. Now I have to watch how much onion and garlic I have. It’s crap lol… but keeping fit, probiotics etc and de-stressing as much as I can helps so much xx

i also run fasted. of course if i was going to attack a long run i would aim to get some carbs in prior but anything less than 10k, i cant eat prior.

Yes i think i do have a sensitive stomach to be honest, but I tried it fasted and it was much better!! think its fine when only doing 5k, not sure tho if I did longer runs? xxx

@@Ellena_fit I've never run more than 6k hahha but I'm working on it at the mo - sometimes simple things like a banana seem ok but I don't want to risk it really. A big ol' meal night before and a morning coffee sorts me out for all my prolonged cardio (spin classes etc.) I just cannot eat before hard cardio. My bowels say NO GIRL NO. xx
