Hi Ellie, loving the running journey content and as always your recipes are great! I’d love for you to share more about your diet while you’re training for the race. I’m generally quite lean but put on a few kilos last year when I started running as I was overeating (for fear of under eating?!), I did a short diet after which was fine, but any guidance you have on proper fuelling would be really appreciated as there isn’t much content out there Thanks!

All looks delicious and you look wonderfully fit and strong. Please research cooking food in or on aluminum foil though. Not enough people realise It is very bad for the body and the heat makes it leach into your food.

I signed up for a half-marathon for September 2025 (god knows why) and I have no clue where to start, as I’ve never ran more than 5k (in 29.5 minutes). Feeling so lost and don’t know where to start! I did my first half marathon last year and my best tip is to follow a plan with sufficient time to ramp up. I did a 12 week plan with 3 runs a week and I was able to run a 10k pretty easily when I started. I found it totally manageable to ramp up in that time and if I needed to skip a run or two I totally could. My half was so enjoyable! I had a blast and crushed a sub 2 hour time which was shocking for me.

What if you’re already a D cup. I’m having an uplift and have been advised to only have 200cc because I already have boobs. Of If I go bigger they will drop more is the advice I was given. I’m also going under the muscle. I see a lot of Q+A’s with girls with little to no boobs so 200cc isn’t a lot. So my concern is how much will 200cc be on someone who already has boobs

Hello 😊 I started running at the beginning of the year. It's been 20 years since I last ran due to health issues. Getting back into it is tough. I run for 30 seconds to a minute, then walk a bit and start again. I can manage 10 minutes altogether. But I'll get there, step by step. Happy New Year 🎉❤😊

I actually don’t get period pain I just get extreme fatigue it’s crazy. I’d almost wish for pain I know how to push through pain but the debilitating fatigue I just can’t do anything with.

@ It was my first race (I began training on June) and it was great, there was very nice weather, lots of good energy, a really nice view and only one kilometer around the 14-15th that was uphill although the incline was not that bad. Every 5 km there is water and wc and from the 10th onwards they give bananas and orange wedges. It was pretty good!

@ yes, I run with my earphones and a slim waist but there were people that had running vests. It was pretty well organized. You will love it! Best of luck and if you need anything don’t hesitate to ask 🥰
