i took off my brakes and did the controller shunt mod and with fresh SLA, she moves plenty quick. Plus, for the same price, i get 7200 cycles with twice the range, coz its 24V. Best of all, super cheap. Like practically free.

Hi, did you manage to upgrade the motor? I've just been gifted one of these. Think the battery is dead so I'm going to replace that with 2 12v 10ah batteries wired together. Just wondering if you have a link to the motor you bought in this video so I can swap that too.
