Thank you for the great information! We already filled out the FAFSA and we are reluctant to give out even more personal info. But dont know exactly what they ask in addition to Fasfa they have our IRS info already. Not sure how much more they need to know or if its worth giving out our personal info to college board and everyone else? This is a little frustrating not sure what is the best thing to do.

my spouse is a 100% permanent total disabled veteran he gets post 911 gi bill but it does not cover 100% is there any tips to maximize any aid or scholarships? I am having such a difficult time figuring this out! Divorced final in 03/2024 but filed joint married in 2023. When I am filling out FASFA it is asking for 2023 1040 specific questions and it is regarding all of his income except he pays minimum child support and i have/house all 3 children with 100% physical custody! So am i supoosed to only put my income even though it does not match my 2023 taxes?
