What if the college is way behind due to this years FAFSA delay and hasn't responded to your aid appeal? Will applying for and receiving money from parent plus loan change the likelihood of the college accepting your financial aid appeal?

We don’t know the aid... FAFSA hasn’t been relayed. Not a lot of info out here.
