Thanks for this. I 100% appreciate the prolonged and detailed explanation! I'm gonna buy the AMP bundle and want to be damn sure it'll work before pulling the trigger. I work offshore for 3month stretches, so returning within 60days isn't an option for me. Much appreciated!

Negli squat devi allargare di più le gambe, le punte devono essere leggermente verso l'esterno e devi andare in completa accosciata, ma solo fin dove riesci a tenere i glutei. Buon allenamento

Thank you for this! I am a newbie jumper and so excited to get started, but I realize I need training on proper form and also to get my body used to it first. This is the perfect intro work out. Thanks a bunch. About how frequently and for how many days/weeks should a beginner do this routine before ramping it up? Anyone have advice here?

I'd been looking into various types of warming up for various types of workouts, from strength training, to conditioning workouts such as these crossrope workouts. And something I've always misunderstood is, being that Jumping rope itself is already something that works the heart rate, is the heart awakening portion of the warmup necessary in this type of workout or just the joint loosening?
@rishavranjansingh9630Ай бұрын
This is just bullshit....completely opposite to actual idea of skipping rope...in original ones,u have to adjust so that u can't tumble upon rope....but here,u already knew,no matter what the hell will burst,u will never tumble and hence u skip accordingly..more accurately said lazily

I just got one and I can't wait to use it. I live in a tiny apartment and the only place I could work out is the rec room. We sadly don't have a gym. It's a less destructive work out for the small space in my apartment.

Where do you get the 5lb one from? I've looked in many places and only found 2.2lb ones

I'm glad its working for you. I began using crossropes. I then switched to Elite SRS Beaded ropes and they work better for me. Dont' get me wrong, pvc ropes are good just not better than beaded, at least in my opinion. Miles vary with everyone. Much success to you!
