Great demonstration…my left shoulder is not 100% so want short as possible rope for straight arms with heavy rope…l can see at 5’11 l can go with a small size…thankyou

If you find that the ropes are not the right size for you, please reach out to our customer support team and they'll be happy to help you find the right size and exchange and/or return them within a 60 day period. Unfortunately the rope cant be shortened. Buy your first jumprope cheap, decide the length and buy Crossrope.
