@@HB-yk4ut aye it def does help weight loss, i just feel like tricks are what makes jump roping fun but it’s diff for everyone me personally i love swinging the rope and struggling to keep my arms up with weighted ropes and not just handles while also focusing on coordination and not tripping but i understand how some people don’t have the proper space for standard ropes but i’m really happy for u straight up, keep up the grind and i apologize if i sounded like a dick 😂😂

@Sol I’m not good at regular ropes. It’s a real art. I love to see tricks. I just can’t do any of that. I invented a little routine with these on my rebounder so since I’m doing this everyday I decided to invest in the best. I hope they ship my ropes out soon. I already received these handles. Looks like there are a few workouts to use on the free app otherwise to use it effectively you have to pay for the premium. For those reasons I am out. The premium yearly service is already too expensive for what you get and I use them every day.

I agree. That’s what it looks like. Not sure if u can use it on the free app but u only get 10 workouts there and they may not be what u want. They have something that says free jump for AMP on App but by free they mean, jumping on ur own w/out a workout and it gives your stars, not free of charge.

The site says membership required. $10 for some only, not yet on android. It would be nice to be able to have some sort of offline use with amp that doesn't need the membership

They also charge you 40$ restocking fee for all returns and on top of that you pay for the return shipment. It's gonna cost me 70$ now to return this useless junk

I have been wayching Dan from jump rope dudes and was really hypes to buy a cross rope. But god, the greed of these people is unbelievable. First, for the clasic jump rope they simply don't have a half pound + 1 pound bundle which is what most i and i am sure most people are loooking for. So you look for amp, which has 3 ropes (quarter, half, and 1 pound) which is great. But of course the amp is useless without the $9 monthly subscription.
