Yo just add the controller to the outside of the down tube of the frame and your overheating issues will go away always melt the controller on the outside if possible that should fix any overheating issues great video thanks

Sticking with 72 volts is foolish. When people choose to take their homes off-grid, they will most likely use 48 volts. Intelligent people will eventually begin competing in the ebike market and will design a system that connects a 48-volt BMS to each half of the 96-volt system while charging and will leave it disconnected when discharging so that the two halves can be series connected. Until then, I'll stay away from ebikes unless I am the intelligent person who decides to compete with the run-of-the-mill folks who just want it to work without wanting it to also be done right.

@@slipslapslopstaysunsafe6176 This is exactly the mental laziness that will keep the industry stagnant. I've got a few grand sitting around. It seems like it's time to show you all how easy it would be to design a well thought out battery system to compliment a 96-volt motor and controller while being charged by, and even potentially used by, a 48-volt residential system. Hold onto your uninspired beliefs because I'm coming for a large chunk of the industry's market share.

Question for anyone who may know: I absolutely love the power and the torque of my surron Ultrabee. The ONLY thing I dont like about it is the sound of the chain. I love my son's hub motor bike because it's completely quiet but it has nowhere near the power that the Ultra Bee does The only problem is I'm a heavy dude (250 lbs.) And I love going up steep hills. (I literally took my ultrabee up a ski mountain! ) I know that can be a problem with a hub motor (perhaps?) Is there a way that I can make the chain quieter or convert it to a belt drive or can I convert my ultra B to a hub motor using all the existing electronics and Battery? Thank you!

I think hiding the torque arms on the inside looks clean as all hell despite the very terrifying methods which were used to implement them. I'd probably do the exact same.

If you look up 3mm brake rotor spacer you will find them. They are universal. I would recommend getting one that is about 3mm. Then getting a pack of like 0.5mms so you can adjust if needed

If you had any lag on your throttle it's most likely due to a mismatch of minimum throttle voltage the controller responds to and the throttle's actual range of output voltage

I purchased this bike and used your Amazon link for the handlebars. How did you attach the throttle to the new handlebars? Were you able to remove the nut inside the factory bar and install again inside the new handlebars or do i need a new nut? It seems like its pressed in. Removing it will definitely damage the factory handlebars and possibly the nut.

Not everyone lives in a commie state that requires you to get a license to have an ebike, the world is going mad, and its due to people like that guy. A bunch of damn karens trying to dictate what everyone does, but cant keep their own house in order, its insanity.

If your battery can handle it(im running a 20s14p Samsung 30Q with an ANT bms) i would consider looking into a BAC4000+Eggrider V2. The 4000 has loads more features and is more modern compared to the sabviton. It will requires some modification to the bike as i had to cut a hole in the bottom mud cover and a small hole into the frame to fit the wires but you will see a MASSIVE performance boost. I have mine running at roughly 15.2Kw peak running 200+ battery amps and 500+ phase amps with my qs205 and it is a blast to ride.

That is 100% the Hidoes B6 frame that I have too, its just that yours is called wodoen or something weird like that? Anyway with its appalling stock power that bike is crying for exactly what you did there - triple or quadruple the power in the wheel, nearly double the voltage in the juice pack and there you have it - a propper e bike. The front and rear suspension on this bike are still shocking whilst stock (pun intended) and with the power you got in it I would definitely be looking at some front forks and rear shock absorber upgrades if I was you. Is that rear wheel 24" ?

Alright story time happened to me today I was riding on a golf course that was private I’m at fault for that but a mid aged lady and her daughter started yelling at me bc I was riding around (on the golf cart path not anyone’s home property) than I started heading back to the street and a male who was probably about 55-60 years old waved me down from his balcony and I thought he was actually gonna be friendly unlike the females, but I was wrong and he said “you can’t be riding on the golf course” like he owns it which I know where the owner lives which is no where near. After arguing with him for a minute or two, he said do you want me to come down there, I said sure than once he got outside I just took off so a eventful night for me.

I like the style of these type of frames, it kinda resembles the Ghost Cat F3 Ebike. but GhostCat is of course way better quality, more powerful but it’s also 1000 dollars more than the bike in this video. But I would love to get my hands on a frame and do a complete overhaul and make it more powerful than the GhostCat.

@@ENDOPRYSMyt NBpower products are back on Amazon now. Not sure what happened. They were taking a while to respond to me. Can't find answers online either for some stuff. Anyway did you connect the self learning wires the first time and also what in the world do reverse and cruise connect to? What is the lock wire on the display for? I am going to get a custom controller bag for the top tube because the straps are in the wrong places. I did some research and whoever said the yellow box is crap is correct. I am going to hire an electrical person to crimp the wires together for me. My 1200W setup I only had to pay for torque arms to be fabricated. This one controller bag and wire crimping as well. I ordered some 2 2mm disc brake spacers and 1mm disc brake spacers from Grin Tech because the distance between the rotor and the motor isn't enough unlike the 1200W setup I have which has no spacers.
