Hawtt glueee and spit on that thangggg. Another thought, I think you should flip the fan so it pulls the hot air out. Hot air goes to cold so that might work better. Also, might not even need a fan. Just put a vent there so the cold air while riding goes inside.

Will do. Although I have found the fan to actually work perfectly for cooling this bike. Went on a fast 40 mile ride and had no issues with the fan.

Keep up the great work Endoprysm ! I've watched a few of your videos to get tips on how to build my stealth bomber. Useful info for sure. BTW the " Voilamart "ebike chassis is till the most superlative of anything ! The aesthetics , shape and overall design is epic. Mine is identical to yours except its matte black . Keep tinkering and tweeking your ebike . Your fan idea is fantastic. Your ebike build is an eternal classic . Many more people should be creative like this. Take care.

It’s so dumb that it’s normal to mount the controller inside the frame for these bikes. I mounted mine on the outside front where you cut the hole for the fan and it stays cool.

Is your Ebike only capable of 50 amps. Because the wires and connectors are not capable. Any more than 50 amps. The extra power will turn into heat. And all that power is wasted.

150 and this bike accelerates and handles power like it always has. These connectors seem to be much stronger than my previous connectors. So I think we are fine.
