My patience with Loupedeck is over. I have a loupedeck CT that was working very well until you brought out lousy updates. It no longer works properly. I work with it with Premiere Pro, Lçe Zoom wheels now don't work anymore, but if I go to the next Scale screen, the image size scaling works for me. It just sucks. And a colleague of mine who also has Loupedeck CT has the same problems. But what do you want to do? Logitech either recreates software from scratch or I change brands. TOURBOX NEO is great product and if you don't fix these software problems, I will sell the CT back and get the TOURBOX. You guys are terrible,

@Loupedeck I have a question. Did you experience any lag while using the Loupedeck Live / Razer Stream Controller? On my new device, e.g. on the Premiere Pro or Ableton Live profile, switching the set of buttons 1-7 occurs with a 1-1.5 second delay. Sometimes the reaction to the touch buttons or the knob is also with a 1-1.5 second delay. I don't know if this is the norm for this device, or I have a faulty copy (?)

If you decide to buy Loupedeck right now, it's too late. This company of scammers has literally destroyed the operability of Loupedeck with their latest update. And it seems that they simply do not pay attention to user comments. And why is that? Because they sold out to the Logitech guys for 3 pennies and now they're offering a discount on what Logitech shat out as an apology. Very few plugins and extensions have appeared for a whole year. Personally, I'm switching to the streamdeck from Elgato. Loupedeck started out beautifully, but they fucked up big time. It's a pity now this piece of plastic can't be sold on the secondary market.

How do you lock the loupedeck live to a specific apps operations? I have one monitor and I have been trying to use OBS Studio but when I switch the app back to game I’m playing I lose control of OBS studio until I switch manually with alt+ tab.

I literally just started using it.. I bought it cpl years ago and it was just sitting in the box brand new so i just opened it up right now and want to implement it into my workflow and its insane how crazy difficult it is to adjust. That clock wont dissapear from the wheel and every time I close the clock the settings change and when I hit the clock, the timer comes up and I have to close it but the settings switch up/off again and its back and forth. I mean its crazy in how difficult it seems so im looking up videos to see how to overcome this after I had a huge problem first not being able to turn it on cause it was just the power button was lit blue for a few seconds and went off and no matter what I press it just wouldnt do anything or be recognized by the computer and program so I read on your site to do this and that and guess what, it was the VPN... I mean, insane! This thing can drive you crazy.

In my case i regretful of purtchase de device. Never works at once. NEVER STREAMLALBS CONECT with the device. The streamlabs donst recognize by the stream controller and once that works good between softwares some scenes, audio and other don´t appear. Support of loupedeck? silence.... Maby i should buy the el #gato #strem #deckplus. I salute you!
